As you are well aware, on November 20, we held a ratification vote for the tentative agreement reached between the Place Superior Court and your Bargaining Unit, and the contract was ratified with a 55% margin . The terms of the new contract will go into effect on the December 19, 2025 , pay period. UPE would like to thank the bargaining team and its members for their support throughout the process. On November 13, 2025, our Bargaining Team met with Court Administration and their representative from the Judicial Council to continue discussions on a successor agreement. We have scheduled a meeting for Thursday, November 13th , to resume negotiations in hopes of reaching an agreement and finalizing a contract.
