Your UPE Court Professional Bargaining Team held its second negotiations session with the Court on July 13, 2026. UPE passed three proposals, all related to providing more time off for our members. The Court provided UPE with two proposals that seek to further clarify the existing language in the contract. The Court also countered UPE’s proposal to expand bereavement leave.
