Placer Court Bargaining Update

Greetings,
On Tuesday, July 21st, and Thursday, July 24th, your bargaining team met with the Court to continue negotiating a successor agreement. One of the agreements on "ground rules" is that the Court will publish all proposals presented during negotiations on the Court's intranet. There has been some confusion regarding this wording. Stating that a proposal was "passed" only means that one party presented a proposal to the other, and those that we have "tentatively agreed" to are those for which we have reached an agreement.
Currently, we have tentatively agreed to the following:
Ground Rules
Union Proposal 3: Continued language stating that the Court will continue hiring Court Reporters above Step D.
Court Proposal 4: This proposal addresses the "abandonment of employment."
