On Wednesday, July 16th, your bargaining team met with the Court to begin discussions on a successor agreement. During this meeting, we established the ground rules and passed two proposals.
Our first proposal aimed to increase the Tahoe Substance Pay from $775 to $900. Additionally, we proposed maintaining the language that allows the Court to continue the practice of not hiring Court Reporters below step D.
We are scheduled to meet again on Monday, July 21st, and will continue to provide updates to the membership on our progress.
