After receiving news of the 2024 Merced County Health Care rates, UPE addressed the Merced County Board of Supervisors regarding the unaffordable increases. As a result, the County offered temporary relief. Although the County’s increase in their contribution does not provide substantial relief, this is a step in the right direction.
