On October 2, 2025, your Sutter Negotiations Team met with the Court for our 3rd negotiations session. We passed over a couple more proposals, including asks to increase the uniform allowance and to clarify language on union release time during meetings. We reached an agreement on release time, and additional proposals will be made at our next session. There are some outstanding proposals that we have yet to respond to, but we will come back to it. The Court provided us with their final budget numbers today, and we will come back with a financial package after we receive answers to our clarifying questions.
