On September 15, your Sutter bargaining team met with the Court for our second contract negotiation session. We went over their draft FY 25-26 budget and the breakdown of where the Court’s expenditure goes. We also reviewed the healthcare plans and the anticipated cost increases. This session was more informational, but our next session, set for September 25, is a full day of negotiations.

On April 17, your Sutter governing board met with management to discuss the vacant court services technician position. This position's primary duty is to coordinate interpreter services for the Court.
