UPE's 008 Bargaining Unit, represents front line workers dedicated to uplifting their community, providing safe homes for children and adults, and ensuring Sacramento County residents can access critical medical care and food in times of need. They have been in negotiations with the County since the end of 2024 and working without a contract since the end of March 2025.
