DHA Meet and Confer Update: Implementation of Feedback Reports

 On September 8, 008 and 005 governing board members met with the county for our second session discussing their want to implement feedback reports. These feedback reports track the number of tasks, calls, and appointments an employee completes. We continued to clarify and make clear that there are no quotas and that this feels like a push to establish quotas in DHA. The county stated they recognize that in the past, supervisors used these as punitive measures, but they want to address that and ensure that is not the case this time around. They claim their goal is to "assess the work and see how they can best support employees."

We still have a lot of questions, and another session will be scheduled soon. More to come, stay tuned.
