DHA / Child Care Processing Unit: Human Services Assistant Worker of the Day Responsibilities

On November 15, 2024, UPE and your 008 governing board met with management in the Childcare Processing unit at Greenhaven over changes to their Human Services Assistant (HSA) Worker of the Day (WOD) procedure. The updates they made were reflective of the switch from the NoHo software to CalSAWS Resource Databank. There were no major changes to the procedure other than updating processes to match the new software. However, we asked them to clarify the duties better, as some were vague and may not be clear to workers. They have revised the procedure, and it is now in effect.
