On December 5, 2023, your UPE Yuba Superior Court Bargaining team continued negotiations with the Yuba Superior Court. UPE spent the first part of the session detailing the members' concerns about working conditions and the treatment of staff. UPE made it clear to the Court that our members feel undervalued. After these discussions, the Court and your UPE Negotiations team exchanged further proposals with the Court, making some movement on salary and vacation accrual rates. The parties are scheduled to meet again on December 12, 2023. Please continue to wear red to show your solidarity with the bargaining team.
