On October 16, 2024, your 005 Office-Technical board met with management from DHS on Micron Avenue for our second session regarding their "Reception Desk Coverage Procedure." Management agreed to our suggested additions to the policy. The policy now protects HSCs teleworking, to avoid another incident where they would get called in on a non-office day to cover reception. It also ensures that the Admin SOA is providing coverage to reception equally along with HSCs.
