DHA - Timesheet and Study Changes

Greetings, union brothers and sisters,

Your 008 bargaining unit met with the department regarding changes they are making to the frequency of timesheet submission during time study periods. The department stated they are updating this process so they can better forecast and evaluate labor costs. Staff will now be asked to enter timesheet details on the first Friday of the pay period and save it. By saving this information, the finance units will be able to capture this information earlier than they can now for analysis. If staff are unavailable or unable to submit this information early, there is no punitive action that will be taken. Changes will occur to this process effective January 2027.
