Court Professional Unit: Negotiations Update

On March 10, 2023, your UPE Court Professional Negotiations Team met with representatives from the Sacramento Superior Court to establish ground rules for the upcoming bargaining. Under the new ground rules, the first meeting will be on March 16, 2023. At that time, UPE will begin making proposals to improve working conditions and ensure a living wage.
