Court Professional: Bargaining Update

Your UPE Court Professional Negotiations Team met again with Sacramento Superior Court on June 28, 2024.  UPE made two additional economic proposals and one non-economic proposal.  The two sides agreed to a UPE proposal to clean up the language in the Bereavement leave section.  The Court has yet to respond to UPE’s economic proposals citing a need for clarity on the budget.  The Court did commit to making a budget presentation to UPE on July 16, 2024.  UPE looks forward to continuing bargaining and advocating for our members at that time.
