Court Professional: Bargaining Update

Your UPE Court Professional Bargaining Team continued negotiations with Sacramento Superior Court on June 14, 2024.  The Court presented UPE with three non-monetary proposals, and the parties reached a tentative agreement on one: granting workers the ability to waive the waiting period before a change in work hours or location.  UPE made one monetary proposal to the Court.  The Court has yet to respond to any UPE proposals.  The Court will provide UPE with a budget presentation at the next bargaining session on June 28, 2024.
