Court Professional: Bargaining Update

Your UPE Court Professional Bargaining Team and Sacramento Superior Court continued bargaining on May 30, 2024.  UPE presented the Court with two additional proposals. 

 

UPE is pleased to announce that the Court and UPE agreed to add the Probate File Examiners to the Court Professional Bargaining Unit.  The File Examiners were previously unrepresented.  UPE is excited to welcome them to the UPE family!


UPE will continue bargaining with the Court on June 14, 2024.
