Court Professional: Bargaining Update

On March 22, 2024, your UPE Court Professional Negotiations team and Sacramento Superior Court began contract negotiations for 2024. Due to the uncertainty of the Court and state budgets, the parties agreed to meet again for negotiations on May 17, 2024.
The parties also agreed to extend the current contract to August 30, 2024. This timing will allow both sides to better understand the state's budget situation. As a part of this agreement, the Court agreed to make any raise negotiated apply retroactively to July 1, the contract's original expiration date.
