Your UPE Court Office-Technical Bargaining Team continued negotiations on August 23, 2024. Today, the Court came to bargaining with some movement on salaries. However, the two sides are still far apart. The Court did acknowledge a lack of trust between Court employees and Court leadership when it comes to salary reopener language. Ultimately, each side made movement, and the parties reached tentative agreement on three proposals. In good faith, UPE agreed to continue bargaining with the Court on September 4, 2024.
