On February 2, 2023, UPE met with the County regards to the pay scale with the reclassification of the Claims Assistant Specialist to Health Service Coordinator and the addition of the Senior Health Service Coordinator.
UPE had no opposition to the pay scale remaining the same for the Health Service Coordinator. As for the Senior Health Service Coordinator, the standard of at least a five percent (5%) differential will remain. This will now go before the Board of Supervisors for approval.
