Bargaining Update - Mediation Scheduled for November 4, 2024
Your UPE Placer Court Bargaining Team and Placer Superior Court will hold a mediation session on November 4, 2024. At mediation, an independent mediator appointed by the State Mediation and Conciliation Service will work with both sides independently to try to reach a mutual agreement. We will update the membership following the mediation on November 4th.
