On March 20, 2025, your 005 Office-Technical Bargaining Team met with representatives of the County of Sacramento to begin negotiating our contract. The members of your bargaining team presented several proposals that include longevity, an increase in the amount of money provided by the County for health insurance costs, and a number of other non-economic proposals. We are still working on other economic proposals that will be presented in future sessions.
The County gave us 22 proposals, both economic and non-economic, and your team spent the rest of the day discussing possible counters to what the County proposed.
