DHA: Extended Operation Hours

Greetings, Union sisters and brothers.  Your UPE 005/008 meet and confer team met again with DHA management on July 23, 2024, regarding extended evening hours.  Management stated that the implementation of extended hours has been pushed off to October 2024.  Your team made proposals to management that we feel will make it easier for our members to take timely breaks.  We also continued to demand management's plan for expanding the number of 9/80 schedules and for introducing 4/10 schedules.  More meetings with management will be scheduled soon.  Stay tuned!
