DCFAS / APS: Family Service Worker (FSW) Worker of the Day (WOD)

On July 18, 2023, UPE met with APS management concerning the above. This new policy codifies the existing practices.


UPE had no objections to the P&P as it stood. We had two (2) requests; that the phrase "business days" be updated to "working days" and clarify the phrase "other duties as assigned." The department agreed to edit "business days" to "working days" and to remove the phrase "other duties as assigned." The department will provide a final copy to UPE.
