Your UPE Court Office Technical Bargaining Team continued contract negotiations with Sacramento Superior Court on September 4, 2024. The Court responded to a handful of UPE’s non-economic proposals. However, the Court did not make movement towards closing the gap between the two sides on the main economic issues. The Court’s current proposals still fail to adequately compensate our workers for the hard work and vital service we continue to provide. The parties are meeting again on September 19, 2024.
