008 Contract Negotiations: Tentative Agreement Reached

Your UPE 008 Negotiations Team reached a tentative agreement with Sacramento County today on a new 3-year contract. UPE will hold a membership meeting on Thursday, August 7, 2025, to review the agreement with membership and answer questions. UPE will share a summary of the tentative agreement with all members before that meeting. An in-person ratification vote will be held on Monday, August 11th, and Tuesday, August 12th. A more detailed voting schedule will be released soon.

UPE wishes to thank all its members for their backing during this negotiations cycle. Bargaining has been very challenging this round, and the members' support has been vital.

UPE would also like to thank all the members of the Negotiations Team: Stephanie McCall, Sarah Singleton, Eric Booker, Nichole Gorman, Priscilla Cochran-Navarra, Michelle Moyer, Deanna Green, James Starr, Olivia Brown, and Yesenia Siguenza.
